    Have you ever had a big decision to make and someone says ‘maybe you should sleep on it’ and you wake up in the morning with a crystal clear answer? Well this is exactly what we’re referring to with the power of night and what your subconscious mind is doing for you.

    It’s time to start meditating before you go to bed. Start by just doing 1 minute of meditation before you go to sleep to help clear your mind.

    Remember the last thing you do before you go to sleep will be stuck in the subconscious mind. So this is the best time to be clearing your head of the daily grind, the TV show you just watched and whatever you may have read or watched on social media.

    The subconscious mind is really powerful and will go to work for you if you ask it the right questions before you go to sleep. The first step though is to clear your mind using meditation so you can move on to steps we will discuss in more detail in later weeks around visualization and affirmations.

    Meditation will not only clear your mind so your subconscious can go to work for you to help you achieve your goals faster but it will also relax you and set you up for a better nights sleep!

    Lastly, try to keep a journal and a pen by the bed as you’ll be surprised as the weeks go on how you wake up first thing in the morning or perhaps even in the middle of the night with an answer to something really important. You don’t want to lose that thought now it’s in your conscious mind so get it down on paper whilst you have it!
