  • Create Your Vision

Open up your ‘Life Planner Doc’ you were given access to in Week 3 and open the second tab for your vision.

Think about what you ultimately want in every area of your life. Remember this is the ultimate goal for each area of your life so don’t hold back worrying about if or when it might happen. You need to have that destination in mind before you can plot points along the way to get there!

Write down your ultimate vision for all 8 areas of your life first then at the top summarise this in one statement creating your ultimate life vision. Then once you have completed the 8 visions and overall life vision it’s time to write down why these are important to you.

This is vitally important because it’s the fuel you will need to go after and turn that vision into reality. Just having a vision is not enough, you need to be clear about why you want this.

Don’t rush this, think of it as a fork in the road and whatever you write down here could well determine where you go and what you achieve in your lifetime!

Exercise 2

  • Build a Vision Board

Once you have a clear picture in your mind of what you want in all areas of your life and have it written down in your life planner doc, you should create a visual representation of this that you can look at daily.

When creating your vision board go online and find images that represent what you want your life to look like. Print them all out and create a collage of pictures so you have a board visually representing your ultimate destination in life.

Put this somewhere that you can view it every day, whether that be by your bed, on your fridge, in your office… Just put it somewhere you can see it every day.

If you think you cannot fit everything on one board then go a step further and create a vision book, it can be as many pages long as you like with all the things you want to attract into your life.

Plus if your worried about others seeing it then the book is a way to keep it private. Although you shouldn’t be worried about what others think of it though as these are your dreams and desires and nobody can take that away from you!

Once you have your vision written down and a vision board or book created this will really help improve your visualization as time goes on.  You’ll be able to create a clearer and clearer picture of what you really want.

Remember the subconscious mind is extremely powerful and this is your way of putting it to work for you. You’re telling it what you want and it will go and find and way to make this a reality for you.
